Eric Beiler - Online Administrator

Mr. Eric Beiler joined the Manheim Central High School administrative team as an Assistant Principal in September 2025.
He began his teaching career as a Technology and Engineering teacher at Derry Township High School. He continued teaching at both the middle and high school levels in the Palmyra Area School District. While at Palmyra, Mr. Beiler developed a unique Guitar Theory and Design course that allowed students to learn to play the guitar while designing and building their own custom instrument. He also served as a FIRST Robotics advisor and coached high school softball.
In 2021, Mr. Beiler became an Assistant Principal at Elizabethtown Area High School. Since 2024, he has served in a dual role, supporting both the high school and middle school as an Assistant Principal until joining Manheim Central.
Mr. Beiler earned a degree in Technology Education from Millersville University. He later completed a Master’s degree in Emergency Management from Millersville, a Master’s in STEM Education from Lebanon Valley College, and an Educational Leadership Certification program through the University of Scranton.
Outside of education, Mr. Beiler served as Pennsylvania State FFA Secretary from 2006–2007 and has held the position of Assistant Chief with the Manheim Fire Company. He resides in Manheim with his family.

Liz Lubeskie - Secondary Coordinator of Online Learning

Dr. Liz Lubeskie became the Secondary Coordinator of Online Learning and Technology Integration in July of 2021. Previously she was the Coordinator for Online Learning K-12 from 2014-2021.
Prior to this role, Dr. Lubeskie taught 8th grade American History at Manheim Central Middle School for 13 years and social studies for grades 6-8 at a parochial school in Steelton for 2 years.
Educationally, Dr. Lubeskie holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education in Comprehensive Social Studies (7–12) from Bloomsburg University and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Gratz College of Philadelphia (2006). She later earned both her K–12 Supervisory Certification (2012) and K–12 Online Teaching and Learning Endorsement (2017) from Millersville University. Most recently, Dr. Lubeskie earned her Doctorate in Educational Technology from Boise State University (2025), where her research focused on teacher motivation and microlearning professional development.
Dr. Lubeskie resides in Manheim Central School District with her husband and her three sons.

Kim Bridgette - Elementary Coordinator of Online Learning

Ms. Kimberly Bridgette became the Elementary Coordinator of Online Learning and Technology Integration at Manheim Central in July of 2021.
Prior to this role, Mrs. Bridgette taught second grade at MCSD for 9 years and Emotional Support at Palmyra Area School District for 1 year.
Educationally, Mrs. Bridgette holds a Bachelor of Elementary Education and Special Education from Lebanon Valley College. She earned her Masters in Reading from Wilkes University.
Mrs. Bridgette resides in Manheim with her two children.
